Recently a small group of our international and domestic students, lead by Haruka Takahashi, entered the Learning Hawke's Bay video competition that was opened to all schools in the Hawke's Bay region.
On Friday 10th May we then all attended a function where we got to meet the Mayor's of Hastings and the Deputy Mayor of Napier, meet with other international students and to find out the winner of the competition and WE WON!
The video was designed and completed by the students. Congratulations to the girls in the group, Haruka Takahashi, Nissi Narsoo, Yi-min Liu, Jamie- Leigh Te Are, Valerie Ocken, and Koyuki Tanaka.
