Fast-paced, competitive, and full of energy — basketball at Hastings Girls’ High School is all about teamwork, skill development, and representing our school with pride on and off the court.

Term 1 Week 9 and Term 2 Week 1
Teams
Senior and Junior Teams depending on interest.
Trainings
Prem Basketball, Monday lunch times in the school gym.
Note: This is subject to change depending on coach availability.
Games
Monday evenings at Centennial Hall in Napier or at the Hastings Sports Centre.

Fees
$120 – $140 | Covers entry, uniform, transport and equipment.
Uniform
School-issued playing singlets and shorts will be provided by the Sports Department at the beginning of the season. These will need to be returned at the end of term 3.
Shoes/trainers to be provided by the players.
Socks to be purchased through the sports department.
Transport
A school van will take them to and from games.
Equipment
Provided by the school.
Tournament
Manukura sports exchange Term 2 (date TBC).
