The Academic Scholarship for commitment to learning and being the best that you can be. The scholarship is for uniform or extracurricular activities.
Performing Arts - Two $500 scholarships available
The Performing Arts Scholarship for commitment to cultural activities which includes commitment to being involved in your own culture and contributing to the sharing of this. The scholarship is for uniform or extracurricular activities.
Sports - Two $500 scholarships available
The Sporting Excellence Scholarship for commitment to and excelling in sport.
Future Focused - Two $500 scholarships available
The Catherine Bentley Future Focused Scholarship is open to any girl wanting to attend Hastings Girls' High School. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to attend a brief interview.
Scholarship applications close 4pm, Monday 7 August 2023. Applicants will then be shortlisted and interviews held during the week of 21-25 August.
Girls in Hi-Vis
This week the Year 12, Girls with Hi-Vis group went to the Unison Experience day to look at more roles in the infrastructure industry. They were able to experience what it is like to be a line technician and speak to women working in the industry. These trips have opened their eyes to the many job opportunities and qualifications available to them that they perhaps haven't considered before as a potential pathway. A big thank you Unison and Connexis.
