​Information about Course Changes for Senior Students

All Year 12 and 13 students with gaps on their timetable or need to change courses need to come to T1 on Tuesday or Wednesday to se Mr Gibbons, Mrs Kelsey or the Deans when the gap appears on the their Timetable. If you miss these times Year 13 need to email Mr Gibbons, Year 12s email their House Dean. Please note that Kāhui time on a Friday is not yet allocated. You will sign up for your choice of these groups during Week 1.

Friday 5th February home study for seniors

Seniors have home study, Friday 5th February. This is in order for teaching staff to work collaboratively on PD and planning for the different courses (scholarship, small group, extra literacy numeracy) needed for the Kāhui time on a Friday. You will have work to do and need to do some thinking about your goals for the year.

Important first day Information for our new Year 9

On Monday HGHS Year 9 Students need to be at school by 8.45am, for their Pōwhiri starting at 9am.  Come in uniform but please bring PE gear, hat, drink bottle, morning tea. No school books needed.
