Meet Mandy Treneman, our Communications Administrator. Mandy is the friendly face who greets you when you come into our school office. She joined our team, six years ago, after a long career in pharmacy.
Mandy’s passion is people which makes her ideal for her role in community liaison, both in person in the office and in our growing online presence. She believes everyone has a story and in learning the stories of the Hastings Girls’ community of staff and whanau she has made many lasting connections and friendships.
Mandy’s relationship with the school is a long one, being a Hastings Girls’ High School old girl herself. She values the education she received here and has been witness to the depth and breadth of change undertaken in the intervening years. She chose Hastings Girls’ to educate her two daughters, now in years 10 and 12, and their whole whanau are proud and contributing members of the school community. Be sure to say hello to Mandy the next time you sign in at the office to visit our school.
