SUPER Secondary
Teams: Senior A and Akina
HGHS two top netball teams - Senior A and Akina play Tuesday night netball. Games are played between 4 - 7pm.
Games: Tuesday nights starting 7th May to 20th August
Venue: Pettigrew Green Arena
HB Secondary School
Teams: Senior and Junior Teams
Senior B, C, Social and all Junior teams compete in Saturday morning netball. Game are played between 8 - 1130am.
Games: Saturday starting 4th May to 24th August
Venue: Mitre 10 Sports Park

Performance
Our Senior A team is comprised of our elite performance Senior players from Year 11 - Year 13. They are entered into Division 1 of the SUPER Secondary Competition.
The Senior A team train on Monday evenings straight after school and are expected to referee on Saturday mornings, compete on behalf of the school in Sport Exchanges and National tournaments.
Akina is our development Junior and Senior team and play in Division 2 of the SUPER Secondary Competition.

Development Netball
Our Junior and Senior development teams compete in grades that are appropriate for age and capability. Teams train once per week and coaches focus on positively building fundamentals and kotahitanga.
We are always in need of coaches, managers, and volunteers. Expressions of interest can be made by clicking the button below:
2024 Poitarawhiti Netball
Trial dates are all set, and here at Hastings Girl's High School we are passionate about offering netball across all age groups and levels of participation.
Our teams are entered in two Hawke's Bay Netball competitions which are the Unison SUPER Secondary and Unison Saturday Secondary.
With the season kicking off early May we aren't wasting time getting our teams sorted and training for another exciting year of netball.
