These Performing Groups rehearse and train outside school hours. They are extracurricular activities, however the learning is highly useful for classroom subjects as well.

All groups have an individual performance schedule, but they all come together to perform at the bi-annual Hastings Girls' High School Performing Arts Showcase (Date TBC in 2024).

Students who are enrolled in an NCEA Māori Performing Arts or Music course are required to participate in a Performing Arts Group.
